The Perlmark Housing Group embarked upon a mission more than 25 years ago to provide affordable and market rate rental communities throughout the Chicagoland area. From development and construction to management and compliance, The Perlmark Housing Group has honed the knowledge and proficiency to provide such facilities to our residents.
Along with each scenic, and convenient location, our one and two bedroom spacious apartments and senior living properties are close to wonderful restaurants, fun shopping and public transportation. We also offer residents exciting monthly activities and an array of supportive services.
Our company founder and president, James Perlman, and his affiliates currently own more than 1,000 units of apartment communities in the Chicago metropolitan area and manage more than 300 units.

Owner and Developer James Perlman, Alderman Bernard Stone and Alderman Ray Suarez celebrate the Lincoln Village Senior Housing Community ribbon cutting and grand opening ceremony in Chicago.
Breaking ground for the new Liberty Arms Senior Housing community on Larkdale Row in Wauconda with attendees including Owner and Developer James Perlman, Wauconda Township Trustee John Amrich, State Senator William Peterson (R-Long Grove), Wauconda Mayor Sal Saccommanno, Lake County Board Member Bonnie Thomson Carter and Wauconda Township Supervisor Glenn Swanson along with current and former village trustees.
Mayor Richard Daley celebrates and welcomes the opening of Belmont Place Senior Housing Community in Chicago and presents the owner James Perlman with a commemorative plaque.
