The Perlmark Housing Group continues its efforts in expanding its portfolio through acquisition of existing multi-family, conventional and affordable apartment communities, adaptive reuse, historic preservation and third-party management. Our expertise in management and property operations provides the experience to also acquire and restore distressed properties creating additional value to its investors. Properties may be conventional, Section 42 or include HUD subsidized units. General partner interests in existing tax credits properties are also of interest. While appeal is greater for properties with 100 units or more, smaller properties will be considered as part of a larger portfolio or congregated within the same geographic area.
